This week Julie Baginski, co-owner of SFI, Inc. joins me on the show to talk about their company’s background.

SFI, Inc. started as The Sink Factory in the fall of 1999 with approximately 12 employees. Today they have 26 employees who do everything from processing orders, to pouring, finishing, and shipping vanity tops.

SFI went through its biggest transition in the fall of 2005 when over a long 4-day weekend they moved their operation into their current 25,000 square foot building. They designed the new plant to more efficiently accommodate the process flow of their products using state-of-the-art equipment.

On this podcast episode, Julie will share their story, some of the challenges they’ve faced, and how they’ve grown a company that stands on integrity, offering some of the highest quality products in vanity sinks and window sills.
