This week, Scott Byers, president and CEO of Majestic Kitchen and Bath Creations joins me on the show. For over 25 years, Majestic has offered among the best and widest selection of granite, cultured marble, and glass products in the greater Raleigh and Wilmington, NC areas.
In late June it was announced that Majestic had been sold to its CEO and team. This completed a business transformation initiative that was envisioned back in 2017 by the founders and Scott to change a 30-year-old family-run business into an independently managed corporation.
Scott will be sharing some of the details of this transition as well as his 25 years of experience in helping transform and grow organizations across various industries.
We’ll also be discussing the bestselling book, Extreme Ownership, and how it has helped to revolutionize their development and been influential in Scott’s role with Majestic.
