Last September, I had the chance to take a trip to Negril Jamaica. I had a great time enjoying the peace of the beach, the warmth of the water, and of course the food.

When I had a free moment, I found myself on a sprinter fan heading up to Orange Hill to visit with some of the legacy growers. That trip was courtesy of Toke & Tours. My trip made me want to dive deeper into Jamaica and everything the world misses about the beautiful country. So for this episode, I spoke with a native of Jamaica, Norman Lawrence Jr.

Norman is the founder of Ganja Vacations. Like Toke & Tour, Ganja Vacations take visitors to the island to parts of the city they would've never known existed past the resort.
