SCOTUS Sneak Peek: DACA, Cross-Border Shooting

Arguments over the fate of President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which the Trump administration wants to undo, will unfold at the U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 12.

These include a case dealing with race discrimination and another on a shooting at the Mexican border that's making its second appearance before the justices.
