Lawton "Disco" Grinter is the producer and co-host of popular long distance hiking podcast The Trail Show. 

We talk about his many thru hikes, including a triple crown and the Pacific Crest Trail twice. His many adventures have fed the pages of his first book - I Hike. He announced that he plans to write a second hiking book about his international hikes he has completed since authoring his first book.

We also talk about his movie - The Walkumentary. He talks about the gear he used to record and he also talked about footage he has yet to edit which he may make into another movie.
