Hanukkah is the celebration of God’s deliverance and victory over oppressive enemies. The Light overcame the darkness. In the wake of this celebration, Jesus steps in to talk about the security only found in His victory. My sheep know my voice, I give them eternal life, and NO ONE is gonna take you out of my hands. I and the Father are ONE. You can trust me and find security in me. In Jesus alone, we find that we have a true hope secured.
