One of the most difficult kingdoms to leave behind is the kingdom of intellect. We can convince ourselves that in order to believe in Christ and follow Him we have to be willing to be anti-intellectual. This is one of the biggest lies promoted by modern culture. God loves intelligence. He enhances it-maximizes it when we love him with all our minds.
