In the Queen City of Charlotte, NC, residents don’t have the traditional carnival or fair to attend that so many counties offer, however we do have Festival In The Park. An annual tradition since 1964, the Festival is in its 55th year of operation. Christopher and Bill discuss this much anticipated event which includes artists, crafts people, food trucks, vendors, the Carolina Clown Stage, the Charlotte Folk Society stage, and so much more. The Outdoor Guys pivot off of this to then break down Ken Burns’ “Country Music” masterpiece which is currently halfway through airing on PBS.
