We're talking about "talking points" -- words we can use during difficult situations. We can start with interactions with health care professionals -- what we can say when we're concerned about care issues or feel the staff may be minimizing our concerns. We can then move to family and talk about how to address those who may doubt what we're doing and how we're doing it.
