Today, we’re going to talk about avoiding burnout. I've experienced symptoms of burnout in the past, and I've overcome it during my own personal journey. We'll discuss what is is, how you know when you have it, and ways to overcome it.


Three ways to overcome:

Self-awareness: What’s causing the burnout?Introduce a stimulus: Try something a different way than your normal routine.Spa package time: Incorporate rejuvenating things within your typical week (in a recurring calendar event).
