Today our guest in the hot seat is Gary Wills. Gary is an experienced recruiter of over 20 years in the IT sector who found himself furloughed at the beginning of the pandemic. Gary decided to set up a non for profit initiative to improve the mental wellbeing of the job searcher and people on furlough. The project has since gone on to become recognised and awarded "The point of Light" by the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.
His non for profit FurLearn has also won prestigious awards at the Learning and Performance Institute as well as patterning with Google Digital Garage and being featured on the BBC and ITV.
Gary has also gone on to set up HIS own recruitment company called Talent Today to help improve and fast track the recruitment process for the job searcher and hiring manager.
