Who's exhausted and feels maybe your missing out on bringing heaven to earth? Today we are diving in to find the rest our bodies need to recharge and be ready to carry heaven on earth.

First, you know who you are; the ones that rest does not come easily; it's hard to turn off the mind, the feeling that the to-do list is significant, and that if we rest, we will only slip further behind….I see you, and I know exactly what your mind says when the words: slow down, take a break, get a snack and take a nap.

And here is the most fantastic fact about changing the world:  Jesus changed the world in His three years of public ministry. Yet He also knew when to rest. Jesus doesn't just offer rest. He teaches and demonstrates how to do it through the gospels and parables.   Rest is not a luxury. It is a necessity. An act of worship we can glean from His earthly life, Jesus displayed many facets of rest. Spiritual rest. Physical rest. Mental rest. What would a day look like to Jesus in our Modern Day? Tune in
