Connection and Influence

Today, let's talk about the role of connection in relation to influence.  When I say influence I mean influencing others.  Connection is critical when it comes to influencing others to take the action you want them to take.

Connection happens in your voice or not.

Without even realizing it, you may be blocking people out, a razor's edge of a sound that tells your listener they aren't getting it.

This will cost you sales, this will cost you influence.
