This one may ruffle your feathers because in your mind right now, laughter is a good thing and it is.  However, in today's episode, I want to introduce you to the razor edge thin sound that makes all the difference when it comes to connection and credibility.

When we feel any kind of insecurity, nuanced questioning of one's ability or trying to figure out what people are thinking, lack of worth, not knowing how our message is going to stick...anything, we can take on a voice habit of laughter.  There are a number of reasons this can be problematic, a number of things that can cause this uncomfortable laugh and a number of repercussions from it.
