Today, I'm going to talk about a grounded voice. There is a distinctly different sound between a grounded voice and a not grounded voice.
When you are in your head, your voice is not grounded in your body.
It sounds like a crazy concept, to get grounded in your body but most people are not and it negatively affects their voice.
It's critical to get grounded somewhere other than out there.
In today's episode, I'll tell you all the ways you are not grounded and what you need to do to shift that so you command the space with your voice.
