The staffing crisis in nursing homes and long-term care facilities is alarming lawmakers.  Senator Jim Abeler, R-Anoka, chair of the Senate Human Services Reform Committee, and Representative Jennifer Schultz, DFL-Duluth, chair of the House Human Services Committee, join Capitol Report moderator Shannon Loehrke to talk about ways to alleviate the crisis.
