We're excited to welcome you to Fund Friday episode 6! In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with Jack Krupey, the founder and CEO of JKAM Investments. Jack shared his incredible journey from the dot-com boom to the great financial crisis and how he found his way into real estate investing. Jack began investing in real estate while in college and later moved to New York City to work in the banking industry. By buying non-performing mortgages, he helped many people during the financial crisis. Eventually, he moved to Puerto Rico for a better lifestyle and started JKAM Investments, focusing on syndication investments.

Craig and Jack also discussed the current state of the market, the challenges faced by those with floating rate debt, and how the multifamily market is holding up during these times. It was an insightful conversation that we can't wait for you to hear!
