Organizational psychologist Adam Grant is the top-rated professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He's been recognized as one of the world's 10 most influential management thinkers in Fortune's 40 under 40 and is the bestselling author of three books: Give and Take, Originals and Option B with Sheryl Sandberg. Grant's two Ted Talks have been viewed over 16 million times. He also hosts the WorkLife podcast. Grant received his BA from Harvard and his PhD from the University of Michigan. He is a former magician and junior Olympic springboard diver.
