Success amidst life’s challenges: The story of Natassia Wright, UN Ambassador and businesswoman

Natassia wears many caps: Recruiter for SMEs – Jamaica, United Nation Ambassador, Diplomat-NGO HR, Government Leadership Consultant, and Co-founder of the Mind Food International. Although, talented, educated, and always ready to serve; she had a childhood experience that changed her life.

Natassia’s parents had died while they were in their 30s and a year after losing her mother, she lost her grandmother to cancer. How did her parents' death affect her academic performance? She described her experience in the exam room during the Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) sitting. She also talked about the things that motivate her through challenges, her spirituality, and gave advice to women.

Natassia also talked about Mind Food International, which is a company that engages in organizational needs assessment and development consultancy with a view to assisting organizations to come up with efficient human resource strategies.
