ODOT Carroll County Transportation Administrator Vince Carter explains SR 332 open to one lane of traffic. Carroll County: SR 332 is now open to one lane of traffic south of Carrollton. Traffic will be maintained via temporary traffic signals while ODOT officials assess and fix any damages to the pavement as a result from last weeks tanker accident. ODOT will also replace damaged guardrail along the roadway.
