At 15 months Jennifer Conforti's daughter was diagnosed with a congenital birth defect - partial agenesis of the corpus collosum.  Part of her brain was missing.  About a year later she was diagnosed with severe autism.  And a year after that at 3.5 years old Abbi started self harming to the point of bloodying and bruising herself.  Jennifer and her husband would have to restrain their daughter for HOURS each day.  And powerful pharmaceuticals, usually reserved for adults, could not stop those behaviors.   They endured life like this for nine miserable months.  Enter cannabis.  And what a LIFE changer that has been for this family!!

Instead of surviving from day to day, they are able to function as a family.  And plan for their future.  A couple years ago Jennifer started a non-profit called Two Sparrows Villages that she hopes will be a community that Abbi and other kids with disabilities can live in to attain some modicum of independence.
