Welcome back to the Candlelit Tales podcast, where we are pausing in our current series to bring you a special podcast in honour of Bealtaine

Six months away from Samhain, Bealtaine was almost as important to our ancestors. A time when the veil was thin, and both ancestors and spirits could cross over. We’ve been on a tour of the south-west with this story for the past week and we were delighted when we were able to get a recording of our show at the Cultúrlann in Newmarket, a beautiful venue in a renovated church that was donated to the community. (Thanks so much to Leo for recording the show for us!)

This is Part 2 of a two-part episode, so if you haven’t listened to the first one, you may want to check out Part 1 first.
