While the Enneagram is a trendy topic and there are some amusing memes about each type, it’s time to reclaim the focus to what it was intended to be: a way to discover how we operate and how we can improve while supporting others based on their type’s needs. But it’s not enough to stop at learning our natural instincts.
We need to focus on how we can grow, both personally and professionally, though the Enneagram without losing focus on our unique creative selves. It’s a tough integration, but I know we can do it.
