Pushing through burnout won’t make it better. It won’t make you a badass content creator. It’ll dig you in deeper than you already are. The initial fix to burnout is rest.

But, simply resting and getting back into our old habits will bring us right back around to more burnout, so this is just the first step in the process. We also need to reevaluate and rework our process to minimize burnout's impact.
