Chloe and Holly catch up on how well their sun salutes have been delivering on the work front, we get an update on Chloe's hay-fever (so exciting!) This week we get to meet the man behind Holly's voice and attitude - Steve Shanahan! Steve is an award winning audiobook narrator with a plethora of animation credits to his name as well. We talk coffee, alcohol and the good old days when it wasn't unusual to have 10 or so jobs a week. We get the low down on how he quickly made the move from acting to VO after seeing his friend's 'sick pad' and deciding that it was through VO that his creative talents would make him the big bucks!
Steve gives us full access to his approach when creating audiobook characters (which is SO different to Holly) and shares invaluable pearls of wisdom to ensure you develop the right attitude which industry professionals will want to work with. We hear about how he put his first demo together and what he thinks people new to this industry should focus on.
