Previous Episode: Toby Edwards
Next Episode: Dr Tessa Hartmann CBE

Today we are talking to Dr Tunde Okewale MBE, a leading barrister & founder of Urban lawyers which is a registered charity that works to make the law more accessible to marginalised groups in society. He recently setup up the OCAAT Fund which facilitates legal funding for black people in the UK.

I was introduced to Tunde by a mutual friend and we have remained great friends ever since, he’s someone I highly regard. His achievements speak for themselves and are a testament to his dedication to giving back and helping the next generation. I hope you enjoy our conversation, we talked about race, socio-economic inequality, self-belief, being persistent and the power of not letting anyone define your future.
