Ken Crockett - Vice President of Star Building Materials

In this episode of Calgary Living, Bryon had the great opportunity to chat with Ken Crockett, Vice President of Star Building Materials, about life, biking, and the beauty of living in Calgary.

Ken Crockett’s been a builder from the day he was born. He grew up in a family business that included renovations; new home construction and custom log homes. One of his very first jobs was in a local home hardware store, loading customer vehicles and preparing deliveries. This was his beginning in the building industry, and he hasn’t looked back once.

At Star, Ken has developed a sustainable and ethical business structure, one that serves customers first and rewards those who take responsibility for their work. He’s helped Star become the reliable supplier and partner that it is.  

As much as he loves the work, it’s the people that mean most to him. Ken takes great pleasure in helping customers overcome their challenges, and being part of a team that cares as much as he does.
