To prepare for her role in Us, Jordan Peele gave Lupita Nyong'o a list of 10 horror films to watch for her to prepare for her role. I decided to watch these films, some of his favorites and ones that may have inspired him, to see how this wide variety of films influenced his two horror films so far, and his newest one releasing this week, Nope.

I admire Peele's work so it was fun to go out of my zone of familiarity to see what kinds of new horror I could discover.
