Anyone near us who is in need or someone who gives to you for your needs is a Neighbor. Jesus defines a neighbor as one who acted like a neighbor, the one who goes out of his way to help others. The test is to not prove ourselves by what we do for others, but also to recognize those who might be able to help us.
