Welcome to CableCast!

CableCast is a Pokémon VGC Podcast hosted by Caleb "Cable" Ryor whose goal is to delve deeper into the official Pokémon competitive circuit and its meta-game  by showcasing thoughts, opinions, and analysis from an always changing cast of guest VGC players.

This week Caleb is joined by two new guests and more close friends from the scene (who have notably not ever lived in Texas) Tommy Cooleen and Andrew Burley! Andy did a team report video with Caleb on his Youtube channel where Tommy was unable to schedule to be at but was able to make an appearance together for this podcast episode. Coming just a week after the Oceania International Championships have completed, current state of the meta is talked about in regards to results and performances of certain teams from said tournament. Half this episode is about said teams before talk shifts to focus on the upcoming Battle Series 3 ruleset shaking up the meta with some impactful GMax forms and most notably the additions of Pokemon like Venusaur and Incineroar to the format! Hope you all enjoy :)

**DISCLAIMER** Yes I know now that Galarian Slowpoke can make use of Eviolite don't worry **DISCLAIMER**
