Scott Page is a technologist, entrepreneur, musician and songwriter. Page is most recognized as the saxophonist for Pink Floyd, Supertramp and Toto. As an entrepreneur, he formed Walt Tucker Productions an audio video post production company in 1987. In 1992, he Co-founded 7th Level, Inc., a CD-ROM game and educational software company. Later, Page Co-founded New Media Broadcasting Company, a social media and collaborative communications enterprise. Since 2011, he has been the Co-founder and CEO of Direct2Care, an online presence management company for healthcare.

Scott Page has received several acknowledgments and awards, primarily for his technology companies’ achievements. Named one of “50 Pioneers of Multimedia,” Page has been guest lecturer and panelist at numerous conferences and university symposia. His industry acknowledgments include being named one of “The Top 100 Multimedia Producers” by Multimedia Magazine, the “100 Coolest People in Los Angeles” by Buzz Magazine, and one of “50 New Media Innovators” profiled in Pioneer Electronics’ Multimedia Frontier.

Elfie Weiss remembers that her father used to work as a pastry chef when he was a young man in Paris. Her father became a pastry chef at a very young age so he could pay for his dancing lessons at the Paris Opera. French pastry chefs are all part of a time-honored brotherhood called the compagnonnage, wherein chefs share a life and love for preparing the essential bread and "sweets of life." Her father shared his love for sweets with her, and in 2005 Elfie decided to revive her family roots and open a bakery -- Hotcakes Bakes!

Hotcakes has been in business for 9 solid years. In 2009 elfie won the first Cupcake Wars competition on the Food Network. Hotcakes was also featured on the Tori and Dean Show and recently aired on the show Hollywood Exes on VH1. Hotcakes also appeared in many publications such as In Style Magazine, The LA Times and many others. Hotcakes has been preparing desserts for the Grammy Awards the past 4 years and Elfie was recently interviewed on CNN Latin live show “Sin limites”. Elfie is now expending her business and partnered with a French baking expert, Karim Bedda and the two of them are expending and venturing into the world of Bread as well opening other location of Hotcakes bakes and Bitchin’ bread.
