Funko does a great job of communicating with their audience, finding out what their fans want and then putting together a strategy to go out and make that into a tangible product they can market to their fans. Chris discusses some of the different strategies Funko uses to engage with their community on different platforms and how they can use that data and information to give their fans what they want.
