Rick Wolnitzek is the founder and principal of Wolnitzek Architects and the creator of the Project BluePrint process.
The Project BluePrint was given its name in 2004 although the methods that are used trace their roots back to planning for Comair, a regional airline, in the 1980s, and for Campbell County Fiscal Court through the 1990s.
Wolnitzek Architects was founded in 1980 and has operated under various names, e.g. Frederick Wolnitzek, Architect; Wolnitzek Howard Architects; HW Architects.
