Polish Management was formed by Nthabiseng in 2014 after identifying a gap in enterprises that independently run their own HR and Payroll functions with little understanding of regularities around the employment practices within the industries they operate in, leaving them vulnerable to high penalties and interests accumulated due to lack of knowledge.
