The Texas Longhorns had a shot to win the game late, but couldn't overcome the early struggles and the tenacious Oklahoma offense, falling in the Red River Rivalry.

The defense had an outing to forget, thanks in large part to the dynamic play of Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel, while Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers had to play lights-out late to make up for early struggles. With all of that said, Texas still was in the game and even had a chance for a last-second miracle score, but couldn't make the game-winning catch as time expired.

What does this mean for the rest of the season and beyond?
