With everything now wrapped up, the Bundesliga Diaries give out their end-of-season awards, including the Best XI, Manager of the Season, Moment of the Season and Game of the Season.

With the Bundesliga and the German footballing season now at an end, it is time for us to give out our end-of-season awards! As ever, we discuss our best top-tier XI of the campaign, as well as Manager of the Season, Moment of the Season and Game of the Season.
