It's been a rough few days being a Bulls fan, but fortunately for us, Ayo Dosunmu continued to show out and prove why he's been a true find.
On a new episode of BullsHQ, hosts Mark Karantzoulis (@mkhoops) and Will Gottlieb (@wontgottlieb) detail the Bulls' win against the Thunder, one that may not have come to pass if not for Bulls rookie having a career-best performance.
Despite Ayo's individual brilliance, the Bulls did their best to let OKC back in the game. Whilst this was disappointing, we did get a good Nikola Vucevic game. The lads breakdown his performance and cover off whether this was a flash in the pan performance, or perhaps the start of a new, more promising trend.
Of course, one good Vooch game didn't stop the conversation about his availability at the trade deadline. His Vooch someone the Bulls will look to move at the deadline?
More broadly, after the injuries to Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball, will their long absence change how the Bulls approach the trade deadline? Will the team be more inclined to make a move, or be more conservative and stand Pat?
(pun intended)
As mentioned on the show, Will has thrown himself back into the content creating game by starting up his own Substack page. He'll be writing about the Bulls in more detail, so be sure to read and subscribe to his work: https://willgottlieb.substack.com/
