On the last couple of podcasts where it was just me I talked about my goals and ambitions for 2016 (you can check out part 1 here and part 2 here).

I thought today would be a good day to talk about how you can make 2016 your best year ever.
What Makes a Year the "Best"?
In my mind every year should be your best year.

You should be growing.

You should be moving forward.

You should be winning.

If you aren't, and you aren't sure why, I've got 5 ways you can make 2016 your best year ever:

Stop taking shitty cases;
Change your story;
Stop doing what you are doing;
Get to work;
Write down where you want to go.

Want to know what those five things mean when applied to your life? You're going to have to watch the show.
Question of the Post
What are your goals and what is standing in the way of you achieving them?

Can't wait to hear from you.

Cheers,

Christopher Small

P.S. - curious about what I do on a daily basis to create and build my successful law firms? Now you can find out first hand (and steal some of my secrets). It's called the Law Firm Confidential Podcast, and you can get access to the first 5 episodes for free by clicking right here.
