* Ohio State's 2020 class has 25 commits, including 24 players who have already signed with the Buckeyes. The lone "holdout" so to speak is verbal commit Cameron Martinez. Will he be a Buckeye a month from now? Or is he looking elsewhere?
* Running back Jahmyr Gibbs will make an official visit to Ohio State the weekend of Jan. 17-18. How much of a chance do the Buckeyes have of flipping Gibbs from his Georgia Tech commitment, and keeping him away from big-time southern programs such as Georgia, LSU and others?
* In the 2021 class, Ohio State has the No. 1 haul in the nation at this early stage with eight commitments. The latest being three-star safety Jaylen Johnson from Cincinnati LaSalle who committed on Tuesday.
* High four-star offensive tackle Donovan Jackson will make his annoucement today at his high school in Texas. The Buckeyes are expected to land him, which would make this already excellent 2021 class even better for Ryan Day and OSU.
