Quiet Quitting or Exit Strategy

#QuietQuitting It’s going around! News is talking about it, work is talking about it, and now we are, too.
If you haven’t noticed, all around the country people have become fed up with this “Go Above & Beyond” talk we’ve been fed and are starting to draw boundaries at work for what they will an will not do. We’re talking about Extra Work. You know, forced overtime, taking calls off the clock, doing work above your pay rate w/o compensation. Stuff like that.
Nicky Trendz recalls her stories of Quiet Quitting and how she made sure to stay outta sight till she was needed. Or at least, till she thinks she’s needed. And Manny Oso just plain doesn’t want to take That Call!
Also, you’ll hear warning signs to look for, if you’re bosses are trying to Quiet Fire anyone. Can you believe that, it’s real. Nicky will tell you. Ain’t that some bull— we can’t have anything to ourselves!
