We hate that phrase. Who’s the judge of that? The only one you should be listening to is yourself. However, what happens when you’re saying that to yourself? We’ve all heard of Imposter Syndrome; how about Age Imposter Syndrome.
“I’m 37, but why do I not feel 37?”
It’s hard not to compare yourself to your peers. Especially when it’s in front of you.
While watching Next Level Chef Manny Oso felt it. Most of the contestants are his age running kitchens and restaurants. Then Nicky felt it while over a friends house, noticing their Nuclear Family Style.
