At Cannes Film Festival 2016 Virtual Reality was a big deal. Stuart Wright attended the "Discover the new landscape of cinema:
3D cinematic VR workshop" hosted by 3D Stereo Media in the American Pavilion, terrified himself sampling VR gaming thanks to VR Werx and for the podcast he interviewed co-creator of the Madagascar series of films and TV shows Eric Darnell about his VR short 'INVASION!' and how the challenge of storytelling in VR differs from what he's been used to with traditional cinema.
