Brexit: A Transition to Turbulence

Doctoral student from the SSeMID project (Stability and Sensitivity Methods in Industrial Design) funded by the European project talks to Danny de Reybekill about her PhD and the PhDs of other people in her project and what implications Brexit has for research. 
Could it be that the business motivations regarding competition behind Brexit were themselves opposed to the collaborative nature of research? And what does this suggest for continent wide aerospace and nuclear programs?
