Trillium Brewing Company

Today’s brewery has been on our list, and probably your list too, for a while now. If you hadn’t already heard, we sat down with JC and Esther of Trillium! 

Founded in 2013 at their first location on Congress Street, Boston Fort Point, they’ve now grown to 5 locations! Their most recent being a new location in Canton which has parking to spare, a huge patio with plenty of seating, and on site food options. 

Many of you may know them for their amazing IPAs, but did you know they also excel at lagers, sours, barrel aging, and more? They really do offer an experience for everyone.
