In the shadows of Mt. Tom in East Hampton, MA is Fort Hill Brewery. Established in 2014, they chose this location because of one of the most important ingredients in beer, water! We met with Rachel, their assistant brewer, and talked about all things Fort Hill, our love of dogs and how she took her homebrewing hobby and made it into a career.
