"Joe Virgillito chats with Dr. Lynn Jiang, one of two New York City ER doctors who created an Instagram account for healthcare workers to share stories and stay connected.

Joe also chats with journalist Ryan Cooper about rumors recently swirling around New York Governor Andrew Cuomo that he could somehow become the Democratic presidential candidate over current frontrunner Joe Biden. They also discuss whether the governor’s newfound darling status is actually warranted.

Later in the episode, Joe and J. McVay discuss the new documentary, ‘Slay The Dragon,’ directed by Christopher Durrance and Barak Goodman, which explores the effects of gerrymandering on the US political system and efforts to overcome it -- out now from Magnolia Pictures and available to stream on several platforms.

And we’ll take an exclusive early listen to a performance by Brooklyn band Parlor Walls, from their upcoming BTR Live Studio session.

Music composed by and show edited by Hansdale Hsu. Joe Virgillito is associate producer.
