Gem works closely with accountants and bookkeepers at FreeAgent to ensure they’re getting the most out of the software. She helps practices and their small business clients prepare for Making Tax Digital (MTD) through her one-to-one consultations, providing tailored action plans. Gem is from St Andrews and moved to Edinburgh seven years ago to attend Napier University. In her spare time, Gem loves to bake bread, listen to true crime podcasts and catch up on binge-worthy Netflix shows.

Theresa Quin, Sales Development Representative - FreeAgent (award-winning accounting software)
Theresa supports accountants and bookkeepers at the very beginning of their FreeAgent journey - guiding them through the Partner Program and helping them to grow along the way. This involves learning all about their practices, helping them get to grips with the software and supporting them with positioning FreeAgent to their small businesses clients. Outside of work, Theresa is studying Seasonal Yoga and loves getting out on her bike and taking in the wonderful Scottish scenery.

They will be talking about MTD deadlines, their upcoming MTD week and they will touch on various topics relating to MTD that bookkeepers need to be aware of.
