We discussed:
- How to manage your to-do list when you feel overwhelmed
- How to manage a project when you're already busy
- How to change your habits
- How to improve your productivity

We discussed how being overwhelmed is the result of the way you have been doing things, and the activities you have been doing are what has resulted in you getting to this point.

Abigail suggested we do a very simple audit of our time so we can recognise where we're spending our energy and then make a decision about how we want to manage our time in the future.

We discussed how you can reframe your thoughts about time. Why we value other peoples' time over our own and how we can choose what we're allowed to achieve.

This was an incredibly useful session as we go into the Christmas holidays.
