NSPCA raises concern as second livestock ships sails through SA waters

There is another ship destined to round the Cape of Good Hope, with a cargo of livestock. It will however most likely not need to dock in Cape Town. But the NSPCA says there is still reason to be concerned. Lester Kiewit speaks to Dr Bryce Marock, NSPCA veterinary consultant.
