A startup should figure out a way to experiment and test what can work in the cheapest way possible. You should be hypotheses-driven and find a way to test and validate the idea. Once you have the inkling that you’re potentially right, narrow down your space, double down in that area, and soon, you will realize that there are a million more ideas related to what you're doing that you have to solve.” - Sherry Jiang
